No, it is not mandatory. The operating system is installed as a trial version. You can apply to DataTR for a license or provide it yourself. You only need to activate your license before the trial version expires.

Yes. You can reinstall the operating system anytime via your Customer Panel. You can start the process by selecting one of the Windows versions listed in the panel.

You can perform basic operations such as restart, disk expansion, and server monitoring yourself via your Customer Panel 24/7 without needing the support team. RDP (Remote Desktop) connection is enabled by default.

Windows VDS packages provide 1 public IPv4 address with the server. No additional IP allocation is made.

Our Windows VDS servers run on VMware virtualization infrastructure. Each VDS operates in a completely isolated environment with dedicated CPU, RAM, and storage resources. There is no shared resource competition.

Standard network protection is available in our infrastructure. For more advanced DDoS protection needs, you can benefit from additional security packages within DataTR.

Payment is received for the selected period in the first order. Subsequent periods are managed with automatic invoices. Credit card and wire transfer / EFT are accepted as payment.
