We don't just follow technology; we have been building every layer of our infrastructure with our own resources since 2012. By basing our investments on high-capacity hardware owned directly by us rather than rental models, we provide our customers with a sustainable operational power where we have full technical control over every stage.
Our Vision
To build an independent infrastructure ecosystem where we have our own signature at every layer, not just being a 'service provider' in the field of internet technologies. By combining our experience since 2006 with the proprietary hardware and network investments we started in 2012, we aim to be the most reliable operation center carrying Turkey's digital load directly with our own engineering, without intermediaries.
Our Journey
Entry into Sector
Started initial operations in internet technologies with hosting and domain sales.
First Cabinet Installation
Installed our first physical cabinet at DGN data center, starting our transition to our own infrastructure.
DataTR Corporate Structure
DataTR was founded, consolidating all server and data center services under a corporate umbrella.
Europe Location
Began serving international clients through a European data center.
BTK License
Expanded service scope by obtaining a license from the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK).
RIPE Membership
Joined the European internet registry by obtaining RIPE NCC membership.
Juniper Network
Refreshed network infrastructure with Juniper equipment and established a BGP backbone network.
DDoS Protection
Deployed advanced network-level DDoS protection and traffic filtering systems.
Backbone Update
The main backbone switch was upgraded, and Turkey's uplink capacity was increased to 10G.
Network Capacity Increase
Strengthened infrastructure for high-traffic applications by increasing Turkey's uplink capacity.
WAF Infrastructure
Launched web application security services with the Heimwall WAF system.
ASN Allocation
Established our own BGP policy following the allocation of an independent ASN (Autonomous System Number).
Backbone Update
The main backbone switch was refreshed, and Turkey's uplink capacity was increased to 40G.
Telepoint POP
A POP point was established at the Telepoint location with our own network equipment.
100G Network
The infrastructure, which began with MX204, was upgraded to the QFX5200 platform due to increasing traffic.
